Jon, Tonya, and Kelly Anderson are a family team building an NTV360 franchise together — here's what training week in Colorado looked like for them (interviewed 2025).
Jon, Tonya, and Kelly Anderson bought an NTV360 franchise as a family and spent their first week of training in Colorado. Interviewed there in August 2025, they describe training that builds in stages rather than all at once, support staff who answer fast, and a model that covers more than indoor screens. The network they joined, NTV360 (formerly N-Compass TV), ranked No. 2,896 on the 2026 Inc. 5000 with 108% three-year growth (Inc. 5000, 2026). We met them on a crisp August morning in the parking lot of Red Rocks Amphitheater. This spot is a favorite place to welcome new NTV360 franchise owners who visit Colorado for training. As the family climbed the long steps to the top, laughter from Molly, our client services rep, echoed across the rocks.

After taking in the view, everyone settled in to talk about their first days of franchise training and what drew them to NTV360.
What made training feel manageable, not overwhelming?
Jon has spent much of his career inside Fortune 50 companies. Those companies often make big promises but fall short when it comes to delivery. He smiled as he compared that to NTV360.
“This has been an amazing journey already. You’ve under-promised and over-delivered at every turn. That’s rare.”
Tonya explained that the training moves step by step instead of all at once.
“It’s progressive. We start with a foundation and add on. It’s motivating instead of overwhelming.”
Kelly added her perspective.
“I like how friendly everybody is. It’s easy to learn and very comfortable. It’s not fast paced to the point where you miss things. It’s really nice.”
These insights show how the program provides structure without pressure, which helps new owners feel ready to launch.
People Make the Difference
Throughout the conversation the family returned to one theme: people. They praised the mentors, the specialists, and the staff who answer questions quickly.

Jon gave a special mention to Molly.
“Molly has been fantastic. She really helped us connect the dots. You can tell she loves what she does.”
That direct support left a strong impression.
“You talk straight, you follow through,” Jon said. “It makes you feel like you’re at home.”
Beyond Digital Screens
When the Andersons first heard about NTV360, they thought the franchise focused only on indoor screens. Training revealed a larger set of tools and services.

Jon highlighted one simple discovery.
“Google My Maps. I didn’t even know that tool existed. Now I can see how it will help us prospect and grow right away.”
Kelly pointed to the broader business model.
“It’s not about selling ads alone. It’s about helping businesses grow, stage by stage. That’s what excites us.”
Building a Family Business
For the Andersons this venture is more than a business plan. It is a family project with a long-term goal.
“I want more territories,” Tonya said.
Standing against the backdrop of Red Rocks, that vision felt solid and full of possibility.
A Culture That Feels Like Home
During their days of in-person training, the Andersons saw more than systems and processes. They experienced a culture built on honesty, support, and teamwork.
Tonya summed it up with a smile.
“It makes you feel like you’re at home.”
